Travel Nostalgia Series

In 2010 Meowf and I decided to take the overland route on a journey we'd been thinking about for a whole year.

This was before the proliferation of smartphones or the explosion of social media, when doing something like that still sparked envy or trepidation in friends and family, when the term wanderlust wasn't common. Perhaps if I'd been diligent in posting them (maybe at least part of) my trip could have been sponsored.

But I digress. I always promised myself that someday I would get these words and pictures out to a wider audience. Meowf has been patient with and disappointed with me. I talked about being a perfectionist, about being a procrastinator. They were all lies/excuses. 

I can't promise to share something you can't already easily google, but I believe the details are in the stories. I will cover the following countries, in the order of our travels. In their own ways, each left a deep impression on me.
